Just lovely and fresh looking this pinafore dress made from a length of ‘end of roll’ fabric, is perky and colourful with the big vintage cotton applique pocket on the front, and the ditsy print of the hem binding and the piped armholes. The lining is a duck egg colour striped cotton Sanderson fabric left over when I made my lovely ‘guest-room’ quilt (see picture).  Poppers at straps for easy dressing and undressing.

This dress can be worn with a long sleeve t-shirt and leggings in cold weather, and short sleeve t-shirt with bare legs on cool summer days, It is ideal for tea with grandma, Christmas parties or shopping with mum.
