Delivery and Returns

All of my garments are handmade by myself.

Because of the nature of their production, each garment is created, embellished etc individually.

Please take note of the actual size stated on each product description

DELIVERY and RETURNS

 DESPATCH

On receipt of payment the purchase will be despatched between 1 and 2 working days.

 

POSTAGE TO UK

I post your garments via Royal Mail ‘48 (hour) tracked Small Parcel’ which should arrive between 2 and 3 working days.

Your parcel is insured during delivery and will be able to be tracked by SMS during its journey to you. 

Please feel that you can specify a neighbour or a Safe Place where the parcel can be left, but many of the parcels are slim enough to post through normal size reasonable letterboxes.

Should you wish for a faster delivery service (eg tracked Next Day) do not hesitate to contact me on  hello@pickleanddot.com,  and I will do everything possible to arrange that for you. This may incur a small additional cost.

If your parcel fails to arrive after dispatch confirmation please let me know as soon as possible, and at the most within 3 weeks, so that I can make claim. I cannot make a claim after 3 weeks and would therefore be unable to replace your item.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Currently I am only shipping within the UK. I aim to change this and will update these details when appropriate.

 

PACKAGING

All purchases are wrapped in tissue paper and use a stiffening board to ensure the garment arrives in good shape. The outer packaging is 100% recyclable and can be recycled at local carrier bag stations.

 

RETURNS

Before making a purchase please make sure you have read all details in the product description fully, include sizing and care details, and do not hesitate to contact me if you have further questions.

I really hope you love your product. In the hopefully unlikely event that you wish to return an item please notify me as soon as possible, and at the latest 10 days, within arrival. To be eligible for return the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in its original packaging. You will be responsible for delivery costs for the return and also if you require a replacement.

On returning an item please include a note of your full name, address, order number and email contact.
